PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Performance training programs focus on sport-specific and tactical movements and exercises to reduce risk of in-season or on-duty injury. Programs are designed and implemented with performance goals in mind. Programs focus on:

  • Muscular and Cardiovascular Endurance

ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAMS

Personalized online training and pre-built programs are available for purchase.

Online training is ongoing, where we will work together to build a program that suits your needs and goals. This is option is comparable to in-person training. We will meet for scheduled check-ins via phone or video call for accountability and nutritional guidance and develop a weekly workout split based on your schedule.

Pre-built programs are perfect for individuals who require less accountability and guidance. These programs are designed for moderate to advanced individuals using the principle of progressive overload to build functional strength and lean muscle.
